Red Barrel Vineyard is a Hawkes Bay micro boutique winery.

It is located 2.5km from the centre of Havelock North and is the first winery encountered on entering the renowned Te Mata special character zone which has become synonymous with outstanding Hawkes Bay wines.

First planted in 1997, Syrah and Merlot are now the dominant red wine varieties. Chardonnay was introduced in 2010 and is expected to take its place amongst the ranks of other elite Chardonnay's from the area.

Red Barrel wines are primarily available through the online shop, mailing list, or by visiting the cellar door.
